  • Can you reserve my date for me?
    We can reserve your date as soon as we receive the £125 booking fee. Bookings are on a first come first served basis.

  • My wedding has a theme. Will the Photobooth match my decorations?
    One of the great things about the Photobooth is the many ways we can customise it to fit your Wedding theme and design. We do our best to ensure that the Photobooth fits in and looks beautiful on the day. When required we can bring in a professional sign writer to create bespoke designs and signage so your guests find the Photobooth.

  • Photobooth opening hours
    Due to safety issues and to safeguard our equipment and props we do not operate the photobooth after 11pm. The photobooth normally opens for 3 hours, 7pm-10pm is the most popular time.

  • How much space do we need for the Photobooth?
    A 3m x 3m space is ideal. While we can fit in a smaller space we may have to omit some elements of the photobooth if they don't fit.

  • How long do you need to setup the photobooth?
    This can vary depending on the venue, but we always plan at least an hour in total. If you need us to setup earlier we may have to charge our Idle Hour rate for the time in between setup and photobooth opening.

  • What will I need to provide?
    You could email or post us a copy of your invitation, as well as guidance on your chosen colours, wedding theme etc to help us design the template for your printouts.
    On the day of the event we will need one standard Electricity socket. There are ways around this, for Outdoor receptions etc. Please let us know if this is the case. Tea or coffee are always gratefully received too ;-)

  • What is a Photo Wishing Tree?
    The idea of a Wish Tree is ancient, and growing more popular at Weddings in this country. The basic Idea is that your guests write their wishes for your future (could also be poems, advice or comments) and hang them in a small tree. We have taken this idea further, by creating tags with the photos from the Photobooth on one side, and the wishes written on the other side. This looks great, and you have a lovely record of the guests. This is also a great way of getting good photos of each family present.

  • Can I choose the layout of the print that my guests receive?
    Yes, absolutely!
    The layout and size of print for the Guestbook or the Photo Wishing tree options are fixed, but for all other sessions you can choose the photo size (6x4" 7x5" or 6x8"), and layout. We will help you make a design that you love.

  • My friend/uncle/colleague has a camera. Why don't I organise my own D.I.Y. Photobooth?
    A D.I.Y. Photobooth is better than no photobooth!
    That being said, the Wedding day can be stressful enough without having to plan a photobooth too. Ask yourself the following questions:
    1. Who is going to run the Photobooth?
      Would you prefer your guests to be free to enjoy the festivities? A D.I.Y. Photobooth can disrupt the celebrations, with slow printing times and long waiting times. My printer prints a photo every 6 seconds. We don't want the guests to be late for dinner, do we!
    2. How bright is the venue? Most indoor venues are dark, and you may need specialised lighting. Our lights ensure that everyone looks great in their photo.
    3. How much will our prints cost? Some "instant" consumer printers have a very high per print cost. Multiplied by tens - or hundreds!- of guests the print cost may surprise you. We provide unlimited free prints on the day.

  • How long does the photo booth run for?
    We recommend around 3-4 hours if you have 80-120 guests. We can always arrange a longer (or shorter) session.

  • Do you supply props?
    We certainly do! Some will be specific to your theme. We have a large range of fun props. An example would be authentic straw Boater hats and Wooden tennis racquets for A Vintage based party.

  • Are you insured?
    We have Liability Insurance cover up to 3 million Pounds.

  • How long does the booth take to set up?
    Around 45 minutes, depending on location and deco. We can arrange to set-up early.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    We ask for a 125 pounds non returnable booking fee when booking.

  • What cameras do your booths use?
    For top photo quality We use a Canon DSLR camera, with an image resolution of 18 Megapixels.

  • How many people can fit in the booth?
    To date the most at one time was 17 guests! We usually base photos around family groups, and couples.
